Meet Me

About Me

About Me

I’m Adam’s Eve – but you can also call me Hannah. And in case you were wondering, yes, my husband really is named Adam. I love God. I adore my wonderful, patient, loving, sexy husband.  I have a  passion for helping women thrive in life and love. I’m addicted to coffee (Starbucks in particular). I enjoy a good book, a good movie, and a good meal. I am a cat mama. I’m a proud member of the Christian Marriage Bloggers Association.

How did BHE start?

Go West! That’s what God said. And so we did. We moved from rainy Pennsylvania to sunny Colorado in December 2011. While it was initially a huge adjustment for us and we had quite an up-and-down first few months, we’ve settled in quite nicely. Adam works in the tech industry and I am a housewife, writer, and work in child care.

Becoming His Eve really began in 2011 as a pet project with no readership. I didn’t have any vision. In February 2012, I decided it was time to resurrect the project. BHE has blossomed in a full-time ministry, and I’ve learned so much on the journey.

Adam’s thoughts on the blog

I feel that this is a creative outlet for my wife. She is a strong, loving, and independent woman. I'm proud of her creativity and her writing skills. So I am supportive of her and this initiative she has created. Writing is a part of her personality, I love her and therefore I love, imperfectly, her talents and gifts. I do my best to support her in her interests (often falling on my face...but getting back up). So how I feel about this blog is hopeful. I hope that she is able to be a light upon a hill for the women of the world. I want Christ to shine through her and this blog. She's not perfect, but she is a daughter of God and that makes her special along with Him giving her the strength to do this. Also, for all you women reading this...pray for her because Satan will always attack those seeking God and doing His will. Pray for my wife so that she may always have the strength and courage, like that of David, Moses, Rahab, and Mary, to follow God where He leads her. Sincerely, ~Adam~
