Happy Birthday,Lauren

Becoming His Eve gives you a warm shout-out on your birthday!

The name Lauren is of Latin origin and means “laurel or bay tree.”                                                                                               Fun Fact:The mountain laurel is the state flower of Pennsylvania!                                                                                 *Photo Credit: MS Office Images*

Thanks for liking my page on Facebook and being one of my readers, Lauren!

May this upcoming year be filled with joy, love, and God’s blessings!

R. Kelso Carter composed a song titled, “Standing on the Promises.” The final verse of the song is:

Standing on the promises I cannot fall,
Listening every moment to the Spirit’s call
Resting in my Savior as my all in all,
Standing on the promises of God.

2 Peter 1:3-4 reads “His divine power has given us everything we need for a godly life through our knowledge of him who called us by his own glory and goodness.Through these he has given us his very great and precious promises, so that through them you may participate in the divine nature, having escaped the corruption in the world caused by evil desires.”

As will be a tradition for birthday shout-outs, I’d like to share a beautiful promise of God to encourage and uplift you, Lauren.

“Blessed is the (woman) who walks not in the counsel of the wicked, nor stands in the way of sinners, nor sits in the seat of scoffers;but (her) delight is in the law of the Lord, and on His law (she) meditates day and night. (She) is like a tree planted by streams of water that yields its fruit in its season, and its leaf does not wither. In all that (she)does, (she) prospers.” Psalm 1:1-4                                                                                                       *Photo Credit: Sherrie Ship*

May God bless you on your journey with Him! May you delight wholly in God’s word. May you seek His wisdom for answers. And remember the one who is blessed is like a beautiful prosperous tree yielding fruit planted by water with leaves that do not die!
